We are doing our best to provide you a beneficial shopping experience online, but could have missed a thing or two. We generally have a full line of products available from our manufacturers and are willing to special order if needed. If you would like to see something listed on the website for your convenience in ordering, please let us know at email@example.com. There may also be some missing fit finish variations of some of the SKU's that we offer. If you would like to order one of these that is not listed, please denote that finish option in the comment section of the billing field during the final order entry process.
For your convenience we are denoting that the products in our e-catalog that are "Normally in stock" and "Special Order". These denotations are to be used as a guideline for your expectations of stock when ordering outside of business hours. They are not a realtime tracker of what is actually in stock at that very moment. Once your order is complete, a PMC team member will attack his or her keyboard to process it. When placing an order during normal business hours 8a-4:30pm, you will be contacted via phone regarding any product shortages and back orders in reference to your order. If your order is in stock and will ship that day, you will be notified via final invoice when the product is shipped. Here's the part that you have been waiting for: All in stock UPS shippable orders placed after 3:30pm CST will be shipped the next day. Orders placed that require Freight/LTL will need to be placed before 12n CST to be shipped that same day. Any additional shipping comments can be sent by placing them in the shipping comments field during final order process. If there are any urgent shipping requirements, please call us at 800-362-0315. If you will be picking up locally, please notate this in the shipping comments section of the order finalization.
Our Purchase Terms, Conditions and Policies are as follows
Terms All orders are COD Certified Funds. Net 30, Company Check, Credit Card, COD Terms, require a completed credit application. Past due account balances will be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. There is a $30 charge for any insufficient check.

Purchase any $1000 of car stereo products and receive free UPS shipping (excl COD tags)
Purchase any 3 boxes/spools of Ice Cable wiring and receive free UPS shipping on the Ice Cable order (excl COD tags)
Purchase any 3 pcs worth $1000 of Home A/V products and receive free UPS shipping (items must be shippable on UPS) including TV's 39 inches and under (excl COD tags)
Purchase any $2500 of Home A/V products and receive common carrier shipping ($25 fuel surcharge) TV's 39 inches and larger, and large, heavy objects.
Purchase any $5000 of Home A/V products and receieve LTL shipping (Free) TV's 39 inches and larger, and large, heavy objects.
*Any items back ordered will also be shipped freight paid. Special conditions of shipping, lift gates, etc. are the customers responsibility. *Any refused order will have a $25 fee and freight charges assessed to the next order.
Please closely inspect shipments for damage either visible or concealed. If you accept a damaged shipment it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. We cannot over emphasize the importance of inspecting your order before accepting it. The claim process can be lengthy as claims must be filed, inspections made, and the carrier does have the final say on the validity of the claim. Damaged shipments accepted do not excuse you from your obligation to pay Pioneer Music Company, Inc.
Returns There is up to 15% restocking fee on any new item returned for credit. Special order items are not returnable unless prior arrangements are made. Any return requires a Return Authorization Number. Defective Merchandise Defective items will be warranted under the manufacturers guidelines. Defective merchandise will either be exchanged or repaired at the manufactures discretion. All items which are exchanged are on a part for part basis. Items for repair require a sales receipt. All defective items require a Return Authorization Number. All items need to be sent freight prepaid to us and the exchange will be shipped freight prepaid.
